These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and ax999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). ax999 may close duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious accounts without prior notice. Any winnings accumulated through such accounts may be voided at our absolute discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ax999, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or system failure, even if ax999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ax999's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

ax999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including age misrepresentation, creation of multiple accounts, or engagement in any prohibited activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the timeframe requested during a KYC review.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring ax999 to close or freeze the account.

ax999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ax999.bio/privacy-policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ax999 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your information. ax999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
